We will do our very best to send mugs out in a timely manner, but as they are produced individually and deserve a little time and attention spent on them to make sure they look lovely, this isn’t always possible, but we will notify you if there are any delays. The vast majority of orders booked for Next Day and Saturday delivery are delivered on time. However, there are occasionally delays due to things such as weather, staff sickness, traffic, issues with vehicles etc and none of the couriers or Royal Mail will 100% guarantee next day delivery, so we just want to bring this to your attention to avoid any disappointment.

We are currently having to pause shipping to Northern Ireland and the EU while we become compliant with the new GPSR regulations that take effect from 13 December. We do apologise and will do all we can to ship to you as soon as possible in the New Year.
